We are searching for an experienced Market Access professional, Reimbursement and Value Lead, to drive strategic and operational responsibilities, on country and Nordic level, regarding reimbursement, health economics, health care data and value messaging.

You will be part of a Nordic MACS team, work cross functionally with Finnish and Nordic business teams, health care providers, government agencies and other stakeholders, developing and demonstrating the value of specific brands relevant for patients, health care systems and society.

The position is permanent employment, based in Finland, reporting to Country Manager.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and develop strategies and tactics for reimbursement related topics including health economic analysis
• Lead and be accountable for value dossier preparation and submissions at launch & adaptation/creation of health economic models
• Create value tools to meet country needs
• Proactively identifying local data requirements together with country organizations to ensure optimal reimbursement and patient access achievement
• Responsibility for strategic market access partnerships with stakeholders
• Work in close collaboration with Finnish organization to identify strategic opportunities
• Actively share knowledge and collaborate with the Nordic Market Access Community
• Expand trustful relationships to key stakeholders in the field of HTA, health economics, reimbursement & authorities
• Follow up on health economy and outcomes research developments, representing Bayer’s perspectives in pharma industry associations

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in Health Economics, Economics, and/or Life Sciences with at least 5 years expertise in market access area including HTA submissions and Health Economic modelling
• Knowledge of the organization, structures and decision-making processes of payers, P&R and HTA authorities with focus on the Finnish environment
• Know-how related to health care data resources
• Good understanding of access trends and competitive environment
• Good communication skills and ability to process and communicate scientific and economic data
• Strong business acumen with solid data mindset and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal collaboration skills and learning agility
• Fluent in English and Finnish
