As Clinical Supply Manager you will have a key position and contribution in E2E supply chain processes as planning, forecasting, ordering and distribution of patient doses for global clinical study programs. You will have a key role in the set-up phase of CMOs across product portfolio in development.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Supply Team to deliver its operational performance outcomes and Project milestones
- Be accountable for successful supply with high service level of clinical and commercial patient doses world-wide
- Establish and expand the supply chain for distribution of Targeted Actinium Conjugates (TACs) to fully support the clinical development strategy
- Ensure robust and efficient supply, E2E of TAC-compounds in clinical development and timely delivery to patients
- The position involves interaction and coordination of comprehensive development programs with clinical operation, technology development and quality assurance
- Support projects, e.g. sourcing, warehouse & distribution strategy, supply chain improvements
- Collaboration and oversight of sourcing from 3rd parties towards CDMOss (supply agreements, raw material supply and contract negotiations)
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting KPI`s and trending from our CDMO network for all radiopharmaceutical assets
- Expand trustful relationships to key stakeholders in the field of TAT platform
- Actively share knowledge and collaborate in cross functional team
Preferred background and experience/ Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills in work teams and between peers
- Ability to lead local projects/activities and work independently as well as in teams
- Ability to take initiative and have a problem-solving nature with high complexities across functions
- Strong customer focus, strong sense of urgency and flexibility to find solutions on short notice. A high degree of availability will be required when supply issues occur
- Organized, committed and able to work efficiently within given timelines in local and global teams
- Good competence regards Supply Agreements, supplier qualification, implementation and validation of supply related systems/tools
- Broad knowledge about Importation/Exportation of Radiopharmaceutical
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Norwegian
- Excellent coordinating and result-oriented skills
- Excellent ability to work under time pressure
