Tender & Pricing Lead - Nordic
Main Purpose
Drive and optimize tender and pricing strategies across the country and Nordic region. Lead national and regional tender processes to ensure competitive, compliant, and commercially successful outcomes, while aligning with corporate pricing governance and local market conditions. The role plays an active part in uniting teams across the organization, driving collaboration and collective achievement beyond functional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Negotiation Management Role
Lead and coordinate tender activities in the country and Nordic markets with increased focus on Denmark and Norway, from opportunity identification and evaluation to submission and contract management.
Partner with local affiliates to develop and execute country-specific tender strategies and negotiate effectively with national or regional procurement authorities.
Proactively engage with external stakeholders to discuss future tenders for the Bayer product portfolio
Support wholesaler price agreements negotiations
Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions, manage awarded contracts including accuracy of data in internal reporting systems, and monitor performance against obligations.
Build strong relationships with tender and procurement bodies and represent the company in relevant industry forums to contribute for future purchasing practices.
Pricing & Market Access Role
Manage local pricing processes and ensure accuracy of data in both internal and external reporting systems.
Prepare and submit price submissions and documentation in line with local legislation and corporate compliance standards.
Support strategic pricing decisions through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and proactive communication of changes in local pricing and reimbursement frameworks.
Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, mitigate risks, and improve commercial outcomes.

Qualifications
University degree in Economics, Health Sciences, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical market, with proven expertise in tendering and procurement processes in at least one Nordic country.
Exceptional understanding of local pricing and reimbursement regulations in the country and across the Nordics.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively across functions, fostering positive working relationships and championing a service-oriented mindset to drive collective success.
Ability to thrive in an agile environment, demonstrating a strong sense of autonomy and drive.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English and at least Danish and/or Norwegian.
