Student Assistant Radiology Nordic
Are you structured, curious, and ready to support a busy Nordic Radiology team?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail oriented Student Assistant who enjoys administrative work, systems, and cross functional collaboration, and who can also support creative marketing tasks when needed.
In this role, you’ll help us keep our content approval workflows, compliance processes, PO management, and contract tools running smoothly across the Nordic region. You will work closely with colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland - including our sales teams - and play an important part in keeping our operations organized and efficient.
What You’ll Be Working On
• Managing our content approval and compliance systems
• Supporting purchase orders and procurement workflows
• Assisting with contract preparation, tracking, and documentation
• Coordinating key administrative processes across the Nordic Radiology team
• Supporting smaller creative marketing tasks (e.g., materials, content updates)
• Helping with data processing, reporting, and smaller analytical tasks
• Assisting with planning of internal meetings or events
• Updating content across relevant platforms (CMS experience is a plus)
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being the go to person for processes, systems, and coordination.
We imagine you are:
• A strong user of digital tools and quick to learn new systems
• Organized, independent, and dependable
• A team player with a positive, solution oriented mindset
• Comfortable switching between administrative, analytical, and creative tasks
• Strong in communication and fluent in English
• Currently studying (BSc or MSc) and living in Denmark or southern Sweden
• Experience with content management or approval systems is a plus
