Supply Chain - Customer Business Partner
Own end-to-end S&OP and customer partnership to drive service levels, accurate forecasts, and compliant, customer-focused supply in Sweden.
The Customer Business Partner is responsible of designating and driving agreed supply service level performance, effective customer-centric decision-making and end-to-end oversight of S&OP planning in the market while ensuring financial, regulatory and quality compliance. The candidate will possess strong customer/stakeholder relationship management as well as broad Business, Financial Acumen & commercial expertise.
Position Purpose:
The Customer Business Partner is responsible of designating and driving agreed supply service level performance, effective customer-centric decision-making and end-to-end oversight of S&OP planning in the market while ensuring financial, regulatory and quality compliance. The candidate will possess strong customer/stakeholder relationship management as well as broad Business, Financial Acumen & commercial expertise.
Geographical Scope: Sweden Local
Key Tasks:
· Take customer centric decisions based on trade-off analysis (e.g. allocation management, logistics execution) to meet agreed on service levels in alignment with Commercial/Customer Fulfillment Champion.
· Channel and follow through JVC customer feedback into PS functions (act like a champion within PS), actively pursue external data points for further value creation
· Interface with local Commercial, Finance, Product Squads Regulatory and Quality
· Proactively manage inventory with cost conscious attitude inc. write off management
· Steering and owning S&OP, including outcome definitions in local W/Os, Inventory targets and service
· Engage with strategic customers to:
· Build strong relationships with the Commercial team to jointly manage customer relationships and collaboratively grow strategic customers.
· Work with the complete Customer team to ensure a seamlessly running supply chain that meets global standards, customer needs reflected in our S&OP processes and service based on the segmentation.
· Harness and integrate customer/Brand level market insights for forecasting model & enrichment.
· Driving high quality & reliable forecasting, reducing bias, and level of uncertainty or unplanned forecasts
· Developing new use case with Data Scientist & Supply Chain Analytics & Insights Lead
Qualifications & Competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration and a post graduate certificate in a supply chain management discipline preferred
· 5+ years of management experience in supply chain or manufacturing
· Strong leadership and negotiation skills
· Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning, end-to-end supply chain management and business insights
· Excellent communications, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
· Fluent English skills both in spoken and written form
· Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
· Courage and driving results in transforming environment
· Customer oriented and manages complexity
· Acts, learns fast and evolves: works in 90-days cycles, applies learnings fast and continually develops
