An expert role, contributing on an individual and team basis by advocating excellence, with a strong continuous process and system improvements mindset to increase efficiency/reduce cost and best practice ensuring focus on compliance and audit requirements. He/she shows a proactive mindset, driving operational and tactical issues to resolution, keeping all necessary stakeholders informed along the way, and serving as the accountable owner.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of all inventory management related transactions. Activities include managing inbounds, monitoring and resolving stock differences between SAP and 3PL WMS, handling of returns, managing blocking and releasing of inventory.
Responsible for frequent monitoring of stock reports and proactively correcting issues in a compliant manner.
• Contributing to initiated buy-backs and OTDs (one-time-deliveries) in a timely and proactive manner.
• Responsible to identify, drive analysis, and act independently for any kind of logistics-related issues
• Demonstrates full ownership in supporting the business
• Identify/Contribute to process/system improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with internal and external customer
• Responsible/Support the annual stock count process ensuring inventory records are updated in a timely manner.
• Work closely with demand management and finance to proactively manage stock at risk to reduce disposals to a minimum. Ensure the obsolete inventory and disposal process is performed and documented in alignment with ICS and finance requirements. Responsible for managing insurance claims as required.
• Country cluster material master data expert acting as single point of contact for the Shared Service Centre Delivery Network for any issues, ensuring data accuracy through frequent monitoring, identifying route cause of issues, and providing direction where needed.
• Responsible for needed master data updates to the 3PL in relations to NPI s and product changes.
• Responsible for the monthly sales and stock reconciliation for the assigned responsibility
• Responsible for the control/preapproval of all invoices from our 3PL s
• Responsible for the 3PL s activities/tasks in relations to the daily operational activities
• For the assigned responsibility & 3PL’s, ensure compliance with ICS requirements, perform ICS controls in the defined timeframe, ensure Standard Operating Procedures are up to date and followed and establish appropriate process documentation in order to allow consistent levels of task execution and holiday cover.
• Contribute to the process of verifying the accuracy of import and export documentation and resolve any discrepancies, avoiding any issue with duty payment.
• Responsible for processing payments & reporting in respect of sustainability & environmental initiatives and regulations (Pack Waste, WEEE, Plastic Packaging Tax, etc.)
• Support BPE in the case of absence covering open orders monitoring, interface monitoring and idoc issue resolution.
• Travel/visit our 3PL’s facilities within cluster responsibility
Skills & Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or other relevant work experience
• Strong experience working within Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management and logistics
• Broad understanding of logistics processes (upstream to downstream) and good orchestration capabilities
• Strong knowledge of internal logistics operation flow (Receiving, Inventory Management, Order Processing, Replenishment, and Shipping)
• Good self-motivation and must have strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced hands-on international environment
• Ability to work in a cross functional and remote working team
• Good communication skills, verbal and written & able to tailor communication to stakeholders.
• Analytical ability with a high degree of accuracy with good numeracy skills (managing complex data)
• Continuous improvement mind set & strong multi-tasking skills are essential for this position
• Assertive, analytical problem solver with a can-do attitude is required
• Strong Experience with SAP and MS office
• Ability to assist in developing, writing and implementing policies and procedures
• Able to manage regular travel/visit to our 3PL’s facilities within cluster responsibility
• Fluency in English and preferably one Scandinavian language
The successful candidate will be based in Sweden with regular working days in the office.
